BuffetCares.com also include the following restaurants as well: Ryan’s, HomeTown Buffet, Fire Mountain, Granny’s Buffet and Country Buffet. Please keep your receipt as you will need the 4 digit restaurant code printed near the top of your receipt. Once the four digit code has been provided you will be asked a few questions about your visit. Please be candid with your answers as they will help improve service at your local home town buffet. Buffets, Inc. operates a string of American national chains of buffets and was founded in 1983. The company was founded by friends Roe Hatlen and C. Dennis Scott under the name HomeTown Buffet. The company now operates in 35 states and have over 300 resturants nation wide. Over the last few years buffets have dwindled in popularity causing Buffet Inc. to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2011. They were force to close around 80 stores. They emerged from Chapter 11 on July 19, 2012 under CEO Mike Andrew who states “We have emerged with significantly less debt, a much improved balance sheet and a sustainable capital structure…”. You can expect to pay $10.00 for the buffet and add $2.00 for a drink. Lunch prices might be a couple of dollars cheaper.
