About the Cracker Barrel Survey site:

The Cracker Barrel customer survey is available in English or Spanish and will ask a few questions about you most recent visit to Cracker Barrel.  The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and the 12 access code from your customer receipt will be needed.  CrackerBarrel-Survey.com is powered by Mindshare Technologies.  Some questions you will be ask are “Please rate the Overall Value for the price you paid”, “What is the likelihood that you will return to THIS Cracker Barrel location in the next month?” and “What is the likelihood that you will recommend THIS Cracker Barrel location to others in the next month?”.  You will be provided the chance to type a brief statement about your visit.  At the end of the survey you will be entered into the “Win a Rocker” Sweepstakes.  You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States in order to play and win the “Win a Rocker” Sweepstakes.  You will also have to provide your name and phone number.  Once the information has been submitted you will receive a confirmation statement that reads “This concludes our survey, powered by Mindshare Technologies. Thank you for your valuable feedback.”.  Please note that you have 7 days from the date of your visit to take and complete the survey online.  If you do not have a receipt with an access code you can still contact Cracker Barrel by using the contact form.

    I always enjoy the food. It would be outstanding if turkey (sausage, bacon, burgers, etc.) was available for those who don’t eat pork.
