You can take the survey from your home computer or even a smart phone! To begin the survey you will be required to have the survey access code that can be found on your grocery outlet receipt. The number will be 14 digits long and found in the middle portion of the receipt. A list of recent winners can also be found at the survey site. Recent winners include Erika Tavarez from the Hanford Grocery Outlet, Linda Watts from the Glendale Grocery Outlet and Amy McLovin from the Elk Grove Outlet. About Grocery Outlet:
The Grocery Outlet first opened its doors in 1946 under the name Canned Foods Grocery Outlet. Back then the store was based out of San Francisco, California and was privately owned. In 1987 the store changed names to the Grocery Outlet and currently operates within the Western states of California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, and Arizona. They currently have around 150 locations and are based out of Berkeley Cali.
