About the Books-A-Million Survey site:

Provide your customer review of Books-A-Million and you will receive a coupon for $5 off your next purchases of $25 or more.  You will also be entered into a daily prize draw for a $1000 prize.  TellBam.com is powered by the Empathica survey company and requires the 16 digit survey code from your customer receipt.  You will have to answer a few questions in relation to your visit and then provide your contact information in the even you win the $1k drawing.  At the end of the survey you will receive the $5 off coupon which has to be used within 30 days.  In order to obtain the coupon you will need a working printer.  The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash and is limited one per person per visit.  Cookies must be enabled for the survey to run and the survey works best with Internet Explorer.  The Sponsor reserves the right to receive entries into the contest through these and any other methods, as may be determined from time to time.  Please do not contact Books-A-Million with any questions about the survey.

This popular bookstore chain is considered the second largest U.S. and was founded in 1917 out of Florence, Alabama.  Books-A-Million, Inc., also known as BAM! is now based out of Birmingham and operates in the South, Midwest, and Northeast parts of the country.  The stores can usually be found in shopping or strip malls.  They employ over 5000 people and can be found on the NASDAQ exchange under ticker symbol BAMM.  The only larger book store in the US is Barnes and Noble.
